For corporate women with an idea

So… you have this idea.

The one that keeps coming back. Corporate Side Quest is the warm, honest place to take it seriously, long before you have to decide anything. Together we build your visibility, your network and your confidence, quietly, while life stays exactly as it is.

Fifteen questions, three minutes, and a much clearer picture. No pass, no fail.

Before anything else

You don't have to decide anything yet. But the building? That can start now.

Most advice arrives after the big decision, once you've resigned, announced, leapt. Corporate Side Quest sits earlier than that, in the in-between place where you actually live: good job, good idea, and no real plan for how the two fit together. This is the bit before the bit everyone talks about.

And here's the honest part, said with love. The in-between is comfortable, and comfort has a quiet cost. The best building window you will ever have is the one you're standing in right now: salary steady, network warm, access everywhere. It won't announce itself closing. Every month without a plan is simply a month of that window, spent. Nothing here will push you to leave your job. All of it will make sure that whatever you choose, you chose it ready.

How it works

Three steps, each one worth more than the last.

No twelve-week program, no pressure, no content to keep up with. A simple path: see where you stand, get my eyes on your situation, then build the plan properly together.

Free 3 minutes No pass, no fail

The Side Quest Quiz

Fifteen warm, honest questions across the five things worth knowing about before any big decision: your idea, your visibility, your network, your money and your confidence. You'll see exactly where you're strong and where a little attention would go a long way.

What happens next: you'll get your full breakdown by email, plus five short notes over five days, one for each pillar, each with one small, doable thing. By the end of the week the idea will feel noticeably more real.

Personal video, 15 min No diaries to juggle

The Side Quest Review

My eyes on your actual situation. Send me your quiz results and your LinkedIn profile, and within a few days you'll receive a personal video from me walking through what I see: where you're genuinely strong, what's quietly holding you back, and the three moves I'd make first if I were in your shoes. Twenty years of professional eyes on your next chapter, watched whenever suits you, as many times as you like.

What happens next: you'll have a professional read on where you stand, which is something most women never get before a big decision. And if you go on to book the full planning session, the $197 comes straight off the price. The Review is never money down the drain.

90 min session + 30 min review A written plan, yours to keep

Your Personal BD Plan

This is the package that turns "should I?" into a plan. Ninety minutes together to map it properly: how you'll become more visible, who you'll connect with, what you'll do first, and what your timeline really looks like. Then, a few weeks later, a 30-minute online review where we look at how the plan is landing in real life and adjust it together. It's the same work I've done for professional services firms for nearly twenty years, shaped entirely around you.

What you walk away with: a written plan you can actually follow, in plain language, with the review built in so it survives contact with a busy life. Women finish this with something they often haven't felt in years: a settled answer. Some leap, some stay and build, but nobody keeps circling. The $1,100 is a founding rate while Corporate Side Quest is new, and it will rise.

Why this exists

Because I kept meeting the same brilliant woman.

Wonderful at her job. Generous with everyone else's success. And quietly carrying an idea she'd never quite said out loud, because saying it felt like the first step of something she wasn't sure she was allowed to want.

Corporate Side Quest is the place I wished existed for her. Somewhere safe to want something more. Somewhere the fear gets talked about openly and kindly, because it's usually the real thing holding the idea in the drawer, and it deserves proper attention, not a push. And somewhere she'd find other women doing the same quiet building, because an idea grows so much faster in good company.

A safe place to say it out loud

The idea stops being a secret and starts being a plan the moment it's spoken. Here, "so… I have this idea" is the most welcome sentence there is, and it's met with curiosity, never judgement.

Build while you're still here

Your visibility, your network and your confidence can all grow beautifully alongside the job you already have. No drama, no announcements. Just quiet, deliberate building, funded by the salary you've worked hard for.

You won't do it alone

This is a community, not a transaction. You're building something, and so is the woman next to you. As we grow, I'm also bringing in trusted people I rate highly for whatever you need next: brand, money, mindset and more. A warm introduction beats a cold search, every time.

Ali Kunze

About Ali

I've spent twenty years helping other people's businesses get noticed. Now I help women do it for themselves.

I'm Ali Kunze, a business development and marketing strategist who has spent nearly two decades helping professional services firms become visible to the right people. The relationships, the positioning, the quiet groundwork behind every business that looks effortless from the outside: that's been my whole career.

I also know what it feels like to start again. When I moved to Hong Kong, I rebuilt my professional life from scratch, including a stretch teaching LEGO classes to children while I waited for my work visa. Humbling, unexpectedly joyful, and proof that everything you've built comes with you, even when the job title doesn't. Later, when it was time to build this business, I didn't leap. I gave myself a runway, made a plan, and built it step by step while still working. Exactly what I'll help you do.

Corporate Side Quest is everything I know, made available at the moment it matters most: before you decide.

Questions

The things you'd ask if we were already having coffee.

Do I need a fully formed business idea?

Not at all. You need the inkling: the idea that keeps coming back, the skill you suspect could be more, or simply the sense that your current chapter isn't your last one. Half-formed is very welcome here. Shaping it is what we do together.

What if I'm not sure I want to leave my job?

Then you're in exactly the right place, because this whole thing is built for the in-between. Everything here can be done quietly alongside the job you have, and some women finish their plan and choose to stay, happily and on purpose, feeling settled about it for the first time in years. That absolutely counts as a win.

Is this coaching?

It's a blend, and a deliberate one. There's real business development strategy: visibility, networks, positioning, the practical groundwork I've built for firms for twenty years. And there are honest conversations about confidence and fear, because in my experience the practical and the personal always travel together. What you won't get is generic advice. Everything is shaped around you, your idea and your life.

Why are the Review and the planning session paid?

Because the quiz gives you clarity, and clarity should be free. The Review and the planning session give you my twenty years of experience applied to your specific situation, and that's my actual work. Free should be genuinely useful. Paid should change your position. I hold both of those standards quite firmly.

Is this a community or one-on-one?

Both, and growing. The one-on-one path is here now: the quiz, the Review, your personal plan. The Side Quest Workshops launch soon to bring the community together in person, and around all of it I'm building a circle of trusted specialists to refer you to when you need them: brand, money, mindset and more. You're early, which is rather a lovely place to be.

Can I talk to you before booking anything?

Of course. Email me at hello@alisonkunze.com and ask whatever you'd like to ask. I read everything and reply personally. And if you want my professional take on your situation before committing to the full session, that's precisely what the Review is for.

What does Your Personal BD Plan cost?

If you've done the Side Quest Review, your $197 comes off the price. No program attached, no surprises waiting at the end, and no pressure to go further than you want to.
